Sangita Singh Appointed as President, India and International at ASGN

Bengaluru: Sangita Singh has been appointed as President, India and International at ASGN Incorporated, marking a significant leadership move aimed at accelerating the company’s global growth strategy and expanding its offshore delivery and digital engineering capabilities.

Bengaluru-headquartered ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN), a leading provider of IT solutions across the commercial and government sectors and soon to be renamed Everforth, announced the appointment of Sangita Singh to the newly created role designed to strengthen its international footprint.

The appointment of Sangita Singh comes at a pivotal moment for ASGN following its recent announcement of its intent to acquire Quinnox, an agile, results-driven digital solutions provider with a strong offshore delivery footprint in India.

The creation of this leadership role and the proposed Quinnox acquisition underscore ASGN’s commitment to building a scaled, world-class global delivery platform to address increasingly complex, technology-driven client requirements.

With more than three decades of experience, Sangita Singh brings extensive expertise in driving growth and innovation at some of the world’s largest technology and consulting organizations.

Most recently, she served as General Manager of IT and IT Enabled Services at Microsoft India, where she led large-scale growth initiatives centered on AI-enabled partnerships and complex deal execution.

Prior to Microsoft India, Sangita Singh held senior leadership positions at IBM, Infosys, and Wipro, where she built and managed multi-billion-dollar businesses and led global teams across AI, cloud, enterprise applications, and industry-focused solutions in healthcare and life sciences.

Widely recognized within India’s technology and services ecosystem, Sangita Singh has earned several prestigious accolades. She has been named among Business Today’s 30 Most Powerful Women by Business Today, recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and included in India Today’s 50 on Fast Track by India Today.

Sangita Singh: Establishing India-based Go-To-Market Operations

In her new role, Sangita Singh will establish India-based go-to-market operations to support the rapid growth of global capability centers and accelerate the scaling of ASGN’s operations in India.

She will oversee international expansion efforts and collaborate closely with ASGN’s Commercial Segment leadership to enhance offshore delivery, strengthen go-to-market execution, and expand the company’s ability to manage and deliver large, complex programs for global clients.
